Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition and original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Customized or limited-edition drops
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or use

Return Verification

To process a return or refund request, we may require reasonable verification, including photos or confirmation of the item’s condition, to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in the return or refund request being denied.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@darkarise.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Once approved, you’ll receive the address of the nearest warehouse for your return.


Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
  • Dark Arise is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

Refund Processing
  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part.


Shipping Delays & Express Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • High-volume sale periods
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions

Express or priority shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.


Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks when sufficient proof of shipment, delivery, or policy compliance is available.
