SHIPPING & DELIVERY


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons, high-demand periods, or product restocks, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience while our team prepares your order with care.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery time for all destinations (worldwide):
8–15 business days after processing.

For U.S. customers who choose Rush Delivery at checkout, orders are shipped directly from our domestic fulfillment facility rather than our international warehouse.
Estimated delivery time for Rush Delivery is 7–10 business days after processing.

Please be aware: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to view real-time updates.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear or refresh after dispatch.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international customers, Dark Arise is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties assessed by your country’s customs authority.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Dark Arise is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you believe your package is lost, please follow these steps:

  1. Check around your residence and ask other household members.

  2. Confirm with neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby.

  3. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

If the carrier confirms in writing (e.g., email from USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) that the package is officially lost, please forward that confirmation to us at darkarise.brand@gmail.com so we can assist you further.


SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you may be eligible for a one-time reshipment of your order, provided:

  • All steps above to locate the package have been completed, and

  • Written proof from the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Important:
If tracking shows “Delivered”, but the package cannot be found, we cannot provide a replacement or refund — even if Shipping Protection was purchased — as carrier tracking serves as our official proof of delivery.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your full shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Dark Arise is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses entered by the customer.

We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.
